Det er åbenbart fuldstændig umuligt at afmelde sig deres nyhedsbreve. Nu har jeg 9 gange trykket “Unsubscribe From All mails” og alligevel får jeg jævnligt mails fra dem.

I've been a subscriber, now. for years. To enhance training levels. I started doing group rides and enjoyed them realizing a benefit. But, then the vitals data started disconnecting and I was being locked out of the events. It'll take several attempts to reconnect and the lead group is gone. When you do get reconnected, and you catch the leaders, you are not credited with the miles made up or the positions attained. my Wahoo Ticker (a business partner) is forever disconnecting. You cannot speak with Zwift. if you go the chat route, you never get an appropriate answer. You get a Dog (I'm dyslexiic) awful bunch of "Have we answered your question? Is there anything else we can help you with?" Pretty shabby I'd say to you all, find another resource. i'm gonna.

Riddled with connection problems, no one to actually speak with. Problem after problem No one to dial in and help fix issues. You cannot email them direct you have to go through a system that suits them to keep a big distance between Zwift and their customers. Zwift are not customer concentric in fact customers get in their way.

Terrible customer support. Been trying to speak to an agent because even though I cancelled before my renewal, the platform still charged me. Their chat keeps saying it'll connect me with an agent, and then never does!

Unfortunately Zwift is loaded with technical problems. It's completely unreliable. 90% of the time, I have to budget an extra 10-15 min just to make the app work. As it is, if there's better competition, I'll definitely switch.

Zwift / Windows issues Ongoing issues with my app crashing. Customer support agree that there have been issues for months with the app crashing, but don't provide any viable solution other than to say there developers are working on the issue and you should monitor the issue thread. No offer of refund or reduction in membership due to this.

This product simply does not work for treadmill as the speed shown in game is only a fraction of the actual speed. I returned it as a faulty item via return label but the company did not refund the original £6.50 postage (already something wrong there as the package is very small, light and packaged in a plastic bag without protection). I have been sending multiple emails to support and every one of them is ignored. If I use live chat, they agree that I should be refunded, say they'll escalate the issue (which they never do) and then cut off the chat. This is the kind of customer service I would expect from a group of scammers, not a large, well-known company. Hard to see how they will last, but abysmal customer service does seem to be de rigueur in the post-lockdown world.

Zwift / Apple iOS issues - multiple customer support emails, who reply with box standard responses, just to show they processed. Zwift forum full of subscribers with same issues for two weeks. Zwift must be making to much $$$ to care!
