Despite the unproked war waged by Russia in Ukraine and the death and destruction resulting, Zwift still permits athletes to ride proudly displaying the Russian flag. What an absolute disgrace. Other American companies have walked away from Russia but Zwift remains happy to continue their Russian business turning a billing eye to the many atrocities being committed.

I've been a long time customer of zwift and have referred several of my friends and neighbors to this platform. Just recently I noticed that my membership fee has changed from $18.99 to $21.46 however; everybody else that lives in the same residence as me and province is paying cheaper. Also the number they provided never can get through it keeps saying you're calling during non-business hours I've tried every single hour and it's the same thing very surprised at such a big company that has such poor customer service and still can't give me a reasonable explanation as to why I'm paying more than the same person in my household.

Seriously? Several hundred quid for the smart trainer and then you have to keep paying out just to use it. People have gone insane. I was offered a 'free' trial, but it will cost me £500 just to join in. Zwift effectively own your smart trainer.

Initially had quick responses from customer support, however, they then requested further details to pass on which I provided. Since then, every email I have sent to ask for an updated for over two weeks has not been responded to and I’m in no man’s land. Very poor, considering I have been a long time subscriber and recently bought a Zwift Hub bike trainer so have given them a fair amount (for myself) of money over the years.

Terrible customer support. All is great until there is a problem and then there is no official Zwift person to connect with. They automatically set you up with “Zwift Hub”. Who basically field’s concerns and then sends it up the chain of which it apparently disappears. Customer support used to be dependable but no longer.

Very poor customer service. happy to take my money but when I had an issue it was almost impossible to contact them. I raised a support ticket but despite specifically asking for it NOT to be palmed off to an "ambassador" (read: community volunteer, not someone on zwift staff) they.... palmed it off to an ambassador. They failed to resolve the issue at all. Hopeless.

Every renewal date they suspend my account so I lose a day. No customer service or method of contact, very poor avoid
