I had purchased a set of pj's for my granddaughter. Unfortunately they were too small and arrived after Christmas. I appreciated getting an email from customer support and Linda, founder of Zumbamboo apologizing for the pajamas . That was very considerate of them.

so far I placed my order 2/21 its now 3/10 and still have not received my order. I really wish they tell you it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get an order. I will never order from them again. AND THIER REPLY ISNT EVEN FOR MY COMPLAINT. I never received my order to even know if the sizes or accurate. these people dont know what they are doing

Zumbamboo was easy to order from. Their website was easy to use. I received my merchandise in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. It was for a 2 year old and I was confident the material was safe for use on a young child after researching the company and their products.

I rated the company 5 stars...but with an explanation. Zumbamboo pajamas are the softest, best fitting item that I have ever ordered for my grandson. He loves PJ's more than anyone I know and immediately fell in love with these. My issue was with a delivery problem... which was not the company's fault. They kept in touch with me until a successful delivery was made. I totally trust Zumbamboo and will order again.
