An exchange of a damaged product was flawless thanks to Zulay Kitchen’s excellent customer service. THANK YOU

I bought one of their milk frothers and it stopped working after a few weeks. When I called the company, they immediately sent me a new one and in addition they sent an extra frother! Incredible customer service as with any business things can go wrong, but it’s how you handle it, which makes the difference. Thank you.
