This compagny is 6 stars over 5. I wear their necklace proudly everyday, and it's been 2 years. Their products are so beautiful and classy, and of good quality. Their customer service is rapid and very courteous. I recommend ZUDO jewelery to everyone, really.

The absolute best, ordered two custom name necklaces and there were some small quirks to both I wanted changed, and they worked so quick and easy to redesign and send me new necklaces that are perfect to my taste. Their customer service is unbeatable and their products are so classy and elevate everyday looks.

Ordered two custom pieces from Zudo, and prior to them being created they sent a sample of the names and asked if I was happy with them - love that! I was then sent an email in advance that pieces were not up to standard and would need to be remade. That's okay! Since the team was out, and the pieces couldn't be remade in time and were shipped later then the original date/time, as an act of goodwill and great customer service, ZUDO's customer team not only gave a full refund (without me asking), but also reshipped the custom pieces and gave a gift as compensation for the waiting period. Super friendly and great customer service! I highly recommend them and the jewelry is beautiful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
