Hi Just wanted to thank you and appreciate all your hardwork How amazing the products are I have 4 qul necklace and a customized cuff I think more than 6 months now Amazing quality and they have been through thick and thin ( heavy water, feeding child who is taking necklace in her mouth) not a single wrinkle from all this stormy course!!!! Zudo has the best quality jewelry and OUTSTANDING customer service! I had some points and really wanted to use them to order my Black Friday Sale items but my account was inactive. I emailed the Zudo team and within 24 HOURS they resolved my issue and were soooo sweet! Great jewelry company, they have the best team. First of all, the necklace I ordered from them is beautiful but something happened to it so I contacted them, they replied so fast, asked for a picture of the necklace and as soon as they got that picture they just sent me a replacement! My new favourite jewellery site, I can't speak highly enough about Zudo. I order the Allah ring (I did order the wrong size but I think that was down to being in the UK and US has a different measurement system) but the quality of the ring was so good and such affordable prices. I contacted them which they have great customer service, very happy to help and I am getting a exchange with they make it super easy and with that order I ordered 2 more items. I can't wait to get them. Super quick delivery especially living in UK properly quickly delivery I have experience. Did have to pay more for customs with is always a headache and delay but with Zudo no problem. I just know I will be ordering more as the jewellery is so pretty, good quality, quick service, great story on how Zudo was created. Love love love them. Very happy customer

I ordered the customized necklace with crystals. And it is even more beautiful in person. Looks like actual diamonds with all the shine of the crystals. Would definitely recommend this company to all my friends :)
