Nothing fades, rusts or tarnishes even after extended periods of time and the details are immaculate! Perfect gifts I might add! On top of this, their customer service and hospitality is always amazing. No matter what issue or concern they will always help you to the best of their ability! Ordered 2 rings but for my tiny fingers it wasn’t a good fit and I asked if it could exchanged with a ring I knew would fit. I bought a necklace for my little girl over a year ago but it got damaged so I emailed team Zudo. Not only was their response super quick but they also offered me a replacement under their guarantee too. I received the replacement super quick and couldnt have been more grateful! Team Zudos cstomer service is unbeatable and unmatched. They truely are the best! A business that actually deserves our support 100%!

I grew up in Canada, never able to find Islamic jewellery. The odd 10 karat gold necklace that might say Allah (swt) in Arabic would be well over $100. Your products are not only beautiful but their quality is amazing. The very rare time I had a problem with my necklace - customer service was exceptional! There truly is a guarantee behind these products and I did not have to jump through hoops to be helped.

Zudo’s products are of high quality and very durable. My 11 year old son loves wearing his Allah necklace and it has survived many football practices and games. We had one incident where it broke and I contacted Zudo and their customer service representative helped me out right away. They even did a follow up email when I didn’t respond right away. I am so happy with the customer service and will definitely be buying more products from them in the near future. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

Discovered Zudo via Haf and Haf, an artist whose work I love. What a blessing for me to have this beautiful connection to Zudo! It is fast (& I mean *fast*) becoming my favourite jewellery brand—27 in my collection so far (yes I’m shocked too)!! For sure to grow. I bought some jewelry before EID and it came on time, just before. I had an issue with a necklace that sold out and they refunded me the money without any issue, in fact they refunded the entire amount for both necklaces, even though only one necklace wasn't available. The other gold necklace I received is of excellent quality. They communicated with me immediately on the topic and were extremely professional. I will be purchasing more from them in the future, as soon as the necklace I wanted becomes available again.
