ZUDOReviews of zudo.co

Everytime I think of Zudo, perfection and professionalism are two words that come to my mind. I've bought numerous times from them in the past couple of years - for myself as well as gifts for friends and family. The product quality, timely delivery, packaging and customer service provided for each and every query is phenomenal. I was even able to get a broken piece replaced and also my custom order made twice to suit my taste! Zudo always goes above and beyond - love them!

They are a great company that goes above and beyond for their customers! Replaced my necklace no questions asked and even sent me extra gifts. Will be a customer for life!

The customer service with the emails was amazing they don’t give you a bot that only knows so much questions they give you an actual person that helps you within an hour. Second i wanna talk about how awesome the quality of there products they come in a super nice packaging with good quality and then product itself is super detailed nicely and so nicely put together. 10/10 i recommend.

Zudo u guys are amazing! Hands down one of the best jewelry brands ever!! Every time I had an issue the Zudo team was extremely helpful and sweet and resolved it so quick through both DM and email. And the Zudo rewards are honestly so rewarding. I recently lost one of my spiral rings and I was so upset about it because its such a unique piece and I saved up for the ring and waited for the Eid sale to get matching ones with my mom. But the reward points helped a lot when I was purchasing the ring again. I’ve loved every single piece Ive ever purchased. (Currently waiting for another package:)) I really appreciate u guys! Keep it up!

This is one of my favorite places to shop for jewelry. Their stuff is very high quality and lasts a long time! They also have some of the best customer service I have seen in a business. Will definitely shop here over and over.

Got my wife a unique necklace from Zudo several years ago and it never comes off her neck. She loves it and the piece is noticed all the time. High quality jewelry, beautiful but simplistic classy design. Never lost its glimmer or shine. No comparison to the cheap fashion jewelry at Macys or other big box stores. Would only buy from here

I received my ayat kursi tag necklace and it was delivered great, packaging was amazing the zudo box with small cotton material and inside it description of the meaning and everything. It’s a beautiful necklace well crafted on to the silver. The chain and the silver is good quality which lasts long and prevents it from damage as it says when buying it. It’s awesome, I think everyone should go on zudo website to check their jewelry, you won’t get it anywhere else it’s unique and meaningful, the website is unbelievable so much variety of incredible products and about the brand and their help towards charity etc. definitely recommend it to everyone. Zudo thanks and tc ,inshallah hope to buy soon ! Allahfiz 😍🙋‍♂️😊

I am based outside of the US in the UK and I was looking for an item that was no longer available (presumably out of stock) on the UK website. I reached out to the Zudo team to see whether I'd still be able to purchase this item. They responded so promptly, maintained extreme professionalism and assisted me very helpfully with my many queries. I had a busy week and was unavailable to answer my emails but they followed up to double check that the solution they found met my needs. They were so accommodating and I am very satisfied with their service. Please support this small business! I already own one of their pieces and am really pleased with it months on.
