Great informative website
Great informative website with fantastic webinars and important information. I learned about almond milk and its threat to honey bees from Zonia yesterday. We need to implement action on topics like these that are of such crucial importance to the fate and survival of our planet globally. The videos have been incredibly informative.
The videos have been incredibly informative and helpful with so many educated and accomplished speakers who have given useful and detailed explanations backed by scientific evidence. I always come away with useful advice that I can implement immediately. Their products have helped me sleep, become a more healthy person and I’m so grateful for my improved health through the podcasts and products they offer and suggest.

I was able to view the Aging Gracefully…
I was able to view the Aging Gracefully Course and return it for a full refund after my doctor recommended that the diet advice wasn’t appropriate for me with my autoimmune conditions.
Response from zonia.comJan 13, 2026
Dear Marilee - Thank you for sharing your experience. The Aging Gracefully course is designed as an educational program and is followed successfully by many members with diverse health backgrounds. That said, we fully recognize that individual needs can vary, especially for those with specific medical or autoimmune conditions. This is why we always encourage consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before making any dietary or lifestyle changes. We respect your decision and appreciate you taking the time to explore the course. Wishing you continued health and well-being.
