My name is Susan. I have been using Restore Sleep for several months. It took about 2 months for me to really feel the results but I am sleeping better with fewer interruptions during the night. I have greatly reduced the other sleep aids that I had been using. I’m looking forward to continuing improvement. Thanks Stephan for introducing me to this broad spectrum Mg product. Four star review that started as a one star. A slow & glitchy website during my order process made it difficult & frustrating. I almost gave up. Persevered through the order, but was double charged for one of the items & received less than half the order. However, customer service quickly responded to me & resolved the issues. Within a week of contacting them, the double charge was refunded & the missing items were received. Would have been a five star rating if not for the issues experienced during the order process & the extra time required to resolve them.

Zonia is actively trying to educate and empower people to be healthier in their mind body and spirit.

The customer care is impressive. Stephan and his team are very helpful and respond quickly to any concern or enquiry. The summits are packed with information, too much for people like me who cannot spend a whole day in front of a screen. The solution would be to purchase a subscription. The rate for the lifetime offer is reasonable if one can afford it.

Initially, I gave a ONE Star as Zonia was offering a 7 day period to easily cancel a subscription. (At the bottom of this review, see my update and why I now give it a 4 Star) I paid for a Life Time membership November 15th. After being "hit-up" upon signing with offer after offer after offer to buy, this extra, get this extra on & on, I was already unimpressed. However, I started checking out the membership area. The information was already almost completely information I was already aware of from my ongoing research and other subscriptions. I was told I had access to an easy 1 Click Cancellation in my account area.. THERE IS NO OPTION to Cancel anywhere within my Membership account pages. I called twice during the day leaving messages with my contact info. NO RETURN Calls. I sent 2 emails to Customer Support regarding my frustration. NO RESPONSES. OK, I am changing to a 4 Star. WHY? After no responses on Sunday (they say 24/7 support) I received an email response today. After a few email communications back and forth, their support team has refunded my payment. While the Zonia information isn't the depth I require for my existing knowledge of holistic healing, they do offer plenty for someone beginning their health and well-being journey. Just be aware that there is the nowadays upsell stuff you need to go through and say yes or no to.

A misread term about auto-renewal caused a charge to appear on my Visa recently. I contacted the company and was impressed at how reasonable they were in helping to resolve the matter. In the end, they did the right thing and refunded the annual fee of $120 without issue. My advice to you...if you want to be treated fairly, be kind and respectful in the process. There are good people everywhere you go and they are human..just like you. It’s nice to know that you stand behind your word when it comes to not only the level of communication and service you provide to your customers but that you have their back as evidenced here; a rare quality in business today. Continued success…you have instilled my faith that there still are some very honest companies out there that are truly client centered.

The 9 episodes on Beyond the Brain was interesting, easy to listen to, easy to absorb and I believe certainly helpful for anyone interested in maintaining mental health.
