I am grateful to my friend who put me in touch with you and your platform. I was reeling under the shock of being recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Fear, confusion and a lot of well meaning but contradictory advice from folks made the situation worse. Zonia put things in perspective to the point that I feel more stable and confident. A friend referred me to Zonia and honestly I have learned so much. I can now meditate– which is something I've never been able to do. The videos are great and the work-outs are very professional. The biggest issue I have is that I can't stop visiting the site/app! There are never enough hours in the day to watch all that content. And it is life changing content. My eyes have been opened.

The Cancer Unraveled Docuseries is a good comprehensive look at cancer origin, testing and treatment. It would have been fun to have all of this info when I started my journey against prostate cancer in 2019. My self taught approach has had a lot of trial and error and always the question am I on the right path. By God's grace and the amazing bodies and healing foods he has blessed us with, I am on the right path. The Zonia series clears the air between standard and functional medicine paths.
