I’ve had an aortic dissection Stefan has corresponded with me personally I’m on enough pharmaceutical pills to kill a horse . It’s taken 3/4 months to get optimum benefit . I’m a non practicing naturopath and this does help me sleep better rather than longer necessarily Quality over quantity of sleep . Thank you Stefan and Zonia

For anyone who has a cancer diagnosis or has a loved one who is grappling with the disease, I can't recommend "Zonia" highly enough. Stefan Apostolov is one of a rare breed - A man who combines profound knowledge of his subject area with tremendous networking skills and a thoroughly 'personal' approach. "Zonia" has helped me immeasurably with my own cellular health. Stage 4 Prostate Cancer with Boney Metastases - doesn't sound encouraging, does it? The docuseries on cancer was outstanding. It answers why so many people are being diagnosed with cancer from all ages and what we can do to help prevent it. Only 10% is genetic, the rest is in our control. Thank you so much
