Good luck getting someone on the phone at other retailers and if you do that person will have no clue how to help. This is an expensive purchase and we're here to help. Hi Mike, I am sorry that your Scanner registered an error, this can happen sometimes with scanners. I have since sent you a tracking number with the new SD card to solve your issue. Please give us an update on this once you have installed it into your scanner. Thanks
