Your order was on: Jan 19, 2016. 1 year, 8 months and 5 days ago. Seems to have worked for almost 2 years. We tried to help you update which you declined. We can send you a new programmed SD card for your area $39 which you can buy here: https://www.zipscanners.com/police-scanner-radio-programming.html You wanted for free which we cannot do and now we get this review of a 'scanning horror show' which is ridiculous. We go way above and beyond and are still willing to help you but we are a business and cannot work for free. Call us at 737.777.9876 and we will spend as much time as needed walking you through how to fix any issue you may have. We're open 7 days a week.
