Really streamlined process from showing to moving-in. Communication has been smooth and clear while customer service has been excellent. I particularly appreciate how quickly they're able to get experts out to fix issues that we identified in the rental. In the traditional property management model, there is 1 handyman that attempts to handle all aspects (plumbing, electricity, cabinetry, flooring, etc.), and I often had to constantly argue with my manager whether or not they needed to send someone out. Due to Ziprent's diligence, we were able to identify and fix 2 gas leaks in the house before we moved in.

I loved every step of working with zip rent for renting out my condo including their highly responsive customer service (with phone or email), high quality photographing, and ease of use. However, my most favorite feature is their superb portal website and its User Interface. You are in full control mode with that UI with access to all info and analytics you need to make decisions for your rental. At the end I was extremely impressed with their very reasonable pricing given the quality of their service.

My experience with Ziprent has been awesome. I literally did nothing as a home owner and my home went for the rent fairly quickly. Ziprent took care of everything. The team is very professional and their daily and weekly updates were really helpful with the progress. I would recommend Ziprent to everyone.

I reached out to Ziprent to manage my newly purchased property in Sacramento coz it’s far from where I live which is in the bay area; and everything went out smoothly from listing the property to tenant placement and now management. Everything was transparent online from the very beginning. You would see everything that’s been going on related to your property on the Ziprent website. Also the communication through email or by phone when necessary is fast and convenient. I will continue to use this management company on my next purchase in the future!

I am happy with Ziprent. They were very responsive and helpful. I managed to get my home placed on rent with a good tenant after screening. Ziprent managed the whole process seamlessly without any human contact which during covid times is great. Ziprent contacted me with statistics and recommendations for my pricing .I got a tenant interested and managed to close the deal within two weeks of listing.At every stage Ziprent would keep me informed about the progress with daily updates so I never felt the need for being physically present.
