ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Excellent customer service provided by Katherine, she was very professional and took care of all our questions in a timely fashion. I was very impressed how quickly she responded via email, and by phone. Katherine made our moving process very easy. I strongly suggest you give her a raise.

We were very pleased with the whole process with ziprent. They provided us with an analysis report so we knew how to price our duplexes. The self showing of the property worked very smoothly and I think most people would prefer to view the property on their own. They were very informative sending updates on inquiries, applications, viewings, deposits etc etc. The website is very easy to use and tracks everything you need. I highly recommend them.

The process was simple. Everyone I spoke to new their business and were polite! Thanks!

This was our first time dealing with home rental and I am glad we chose Ziprent for renter placement. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I am in the middle of renting another unit and I will be using them again for placement. Definately recommend.

I hired Ziprent after a "traditional" Property Management company couldn't find a suitable tenant for my house after 5 months. Not only did Ziprent find me a suitable renter in less than 2 weeks, they arranged all the online marketing, photos, applications, background and credit checks. They also got me great bids for a move-in clean, some minor repairs and gardening service, so my new tenants would have a beautiful home to move in to. This was all done by text and e-mail, with constant updates so I knew each step that was underway. They were also available by phone, which was wonderful. The whole process was easy, productive and well managed by the Ziprent Team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Property Management Company!!

I found Ziprent on Google and so happy I did. After managing my own rental property for ten years I thought I would experiment by hiring an outside company. Everything I read about Ziprent has proven to be true in so many ways. Their online service, meaning minimal agent interaction made me skeptical at first, but then after seeing the 5-10 new leads per day and the 3-7 showings per week over a period of 3-4 weeks was more attention than I ever expected. It wasn't long before the applications started coming in and all I had to do was pick the best applicant from a growing list. You won't believe your savings by using Ziprent let alone the professionalism you will receive from their top-notch staff. I'm a believer!

We have worked with Ziprent since early 2020, and their property management services have served us well. As landlords living in the Pacific Northwest with property in California, our Ziprent experience has been seamless. Every department is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable professionals who care for our property and our tenants. The flat fee pricing is a great value, and their assistance, from tenant placement to repairs, has been top-notch. Their email responsiveness is stellar.

Ziprent has been amazing! Their prompt response and customer service has made my move transition very smooth. They have serviced all of our needs in record timing. I came from a property management company that was useless to say the lease. I highly recommend using Ziprent!
