Has been a great experience so far -- I used the tenant placement service to list my property and find a tenant. Within the week I contacted them, they had taken professional photos, listed the property, and began doing showings to prospective tenants. The process was much faster than I had imagined and they answered all the questions I had during the process. I now plan to use them for property management as well. All in all I recommend!

All activities related to the renting property have logs recorded on line starting on boarding thru monthly rent collected.... There is always representative talk to you when you call for questions. Ziprent helps us rent our property within a month with a qualified tenant. We will continue use their service definitely.
