I am so lucky to have found property managers for my rental property that exceeded my expectations. The process from beginning to end was so efficient & professional. The daily communication throughout the process was exceptional. They were able to list my property quickly and secure a tenant in in less than a month. I was able to get daily emails on activities such as showings and rental applications. Ziprent was very helpful in providing comments from prospects which enabled me to identify areas that needed attention and also replied to my emails in a timely fashion. I look forward to a long lasting business relationship with Ziprent Property Managers. I would highly recommend them!

On top of masters from finding a tenant, placing, and handling repairs. Sometimes they are so in it that people overlap emails about the same subject. Great price for the value of service. I’d recommend them for your property management needs!

I found Ziprent to be very professional, and very detailed I was totally impressed with a personalized video on how to open the door, I have been able to reach a live listing manager on a Sunday at 3PM another level of great service

Ziprent was really responsive. If you have any concerns/questions about a property, they are reachable through phone/email easily. We had a great experience renting a property and highly recommend it.

Hello,I must say that being my first time working with an agency and first time renting a home,my experience was excellent!!!from start to finish someone always kept in touch with me. It was convenient for me that it was all through email. They answered all my questions and were very thorough with there responses. Even when calling them,they were very polite and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable with how they were there for every step. Not once did I feel like I had to wait on them,they were there. They were very helpful to make it all happen. Now I’m moving into a house on the 1st. I would have been lost if they hadn’t been there to guide me through every step. I am very appreciative of the Ziprent crew for all they do!!

Ziprent is the best PM I've worked with. The whole process was amazing. Timeliness and initiative were the biggest factors. The Ziprent team got my property on the market within a couple days of me signing with them. The website and email updates are professional and very user friendly. Tenant screening was excellent and communication during the leasing process was great. I appreciated the efficiency, transparency and very fair price for the service.
