ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

After managing and leasing property directly for awhile, decided to look at having a property management company help run things. Ziprent was highly recommended, so took a chance and was really impressed with the level of support and professionalism. They took care of everything from advertising to placement, and I was given oversight for every step of the process. Highly recommend Ziprent for anyone looking to lease property!

I've just had the Ziprent helping me with my Tennent placement experience, They've done a fantastic job with the communication and the whole process makes it very easy for someone like me with a very limited time to rent out my property, I did sign up with them for my property management as well once I saw how easy they can make the whole process. Thank you guys for all the help and the professionalism.

Super friendly, lots of communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend. Made the rental experience so much better. They even contacted me after the fact to see if I was happy with the experience. Feels like they actually care vs some companies don't ask how I feel ever. Love Ziprent!

Outstanding experience, Ziprent team were very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process of finding a new tenant and making sure everything was taken care of, was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I read about ziprent from multiple sources and decided to reach out to them (along with few others) when it was time for me to rent my place. Ziprent being the most affordable option of all, I was a bit skeptical about their services and response. To my complete surprise, not only were they responsive but also covering everything that I was looking for. Since the time I first engaged with ziprent, everything has been coordinated very well with timely followup. There was hardly anything that I had to explicitly call for. Starting from the formalities of listing the property to finding out the tenant , everything was well coordinated through periodic email, phone calls and web portal. Ziprent web portal is a perfect place to check the progress on viewing, applicants followup, rental application, background check and prospective tenant suggestion. I am also impressed with the aggressive marketing of the property which helped me getting the prospected tenant within just a week. Long story short, the overall experience is nothing but pleasant and I hope that this level of service will continue with such high standards.

So far, very happy with Ziprent service. They helped me through the application process for the tenants - verification and leasing. The customer service representatives are very courteous and prompt.

Ziprent has been excellent

Highly recommend Ziprent! As a renter Ziprent is super easy to work with and very well organized. Touring homes is hassle free, easy to schedule and there is no pressure. The online system they have for applying and renting is also easy to use and intuitive.
