Customer Service! I recently just worked with Ziprent to get some tenants into my home. They were very attentive, understanding, and patient. They responded often within a couple hours and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. It only took about 1 month to find tenants with very little work on my end. Ziprent manages all of the photos, online profiles (zillow, etc.), and tenant placement for you. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your property management needs.

I have been managing my rental property myself, but with the tenant recently moving out, I have decided to give Ziprent a try. My experience has been very good. The dashboard, the communication emails, the responsiveness to my questions have all been great. The process of selecting a qualified tenant(s) is obviously critical and the Ziprent team has been there all along with information (background check, income verification, etc.) and recommendations. The new tenants have now moved in, so we are transitioning to the "management" part of the lease. I hope it will be just as good as the "tenant placement" experience I have had with Ziprent.

I recently rented a home in Sunnyvale CA through Ziprent. Working with Ziprent was a convenient experience for me. The prompt responses, weekend availability, flexibility while taking a U-turn with another tenant, and over communication helped us finish the whole process in one week very smoothly. This included touring the property, application process, background check, homeowner review, lease agreement review/signing, security deposit, and door key delivery instructions. Process wise Ziprent website was very convenient, a mobile app could be an improvement. I would be happy to work with Ziprent again and also recommend them to other homeowners or tenants.
