ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

The Ziprent Employee was constant in her efforts to bring me timely updates which kept me needfully informed. She did not fail to take the initiative to see if matters were done satisfactorily, before closing out my repair request. She was needless to say attentive to my concerns. And served as my representative to the other parties involved. Thank you Ziprent for keeping the process of renting a seemingly seamless process. Your Online Company is definitely user-friendly!!!

When I found this location and saw that it was managed by Ziprent, I was relieved to know that this property had a management company but didn't realize what excellent service I would receive. From touring the home, placing a application, finalizing the lease, repairs, and moving in, Ziprent has been there every step of the way. Their communication through email is quick and efficient and I do love the text message updates.

Super communicative and very efficient!!!!! Everyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful.

High quality service that is efficient. I was very pleased with the quality tenants (both outgoing and incoming) and that they minimized the vacancy period in between tenants. On the technology side, I also think their online portal is very intuitive.

The staff at Ziprent were very polite and courteous. They communicated with me through every step of the process. They were a great mediator between the owner and myself. Also, they accommodated my schedule entirely.

Ziprent's rental process is smooth from inquiry through move-in. My college-age son needed housing quickly but required a guarantor. The Ziprent staff answered questions with care and compassion. They walked us through the process with frequent communication. They responded to every inquiry expeditiously. They also initiated maintenance requests on our behalf, even for cosmetic issues. I would recommend their services to those looking to rent property, but I also recommend renters look for properties facilitated by them.

I have been with ZipRent for almost 3 years. Super happy with the service and support. They are always prompt and responsive. I like the entire automated workflow. I don't recall ever calling customer support for anything. Good Job Team!

We are new to having an investment property and Ziprent has made the whole process of being a "landlord" absolutely easy breezy. They helped us find a qualified tenant, and are also handling our monthly property management needs. Their cost cannot be beat comparatively for both those services. I think how they can provide the quality they do at the price they do is due to their stellar automated systems. The communication was stellar and we are always informed. Whether it was during tours of our place to find a tenant, or the management process, communication is specific, fast, and clear which we appreciate. Super happy with ZipRent and I think they are sort of like the "next generation" of property management services.
