I rarely leave reviews for companies but after working with Ziprent I could not ignore the opportunity to share my experience with them. I tend to struggle with anxiety, which in return makes moving an absolute struggle and nightmare for me. I am so grateful for this company and everyone on the team. They helped us with renting a unit in Los Angeles and the level of customer service we were provided is one that is very rare in our day and age. Every question, every phone call or email we sent were always answered quickly and professionally. We were assisted by different agents yet each one always took our calls with patience and great professionalism. They helped us step by step until our actual move in date. So grateful for them and would absolutely go with them again if I ever needed to. Highly recommend!!

I had the best experience with Ziprent. They made my leasing process so much easier. Everyone who helped me was proactive, resourceful, and kind. Leasing can be such a tedious process, but they answered every question I had kindly and directed me with ease through the whole process. It's honestly such a relief to have a company that serves you well and to the best of their ability. I totally recommend them for both landlords and renters.

Ziprent is very helpful to facilitate the renting process. Their responses are extremely fast. The staff is actively monitoring the renting process and willing to answer any questions via phone or email. In addition, the website is very easy to use. It is a great experience with Ziprent.

As a first-time renter, I enjoyed the ziprent experience. Initially, I applied for a property that didn't work out. However, while perusing ziprent.com's website, I found another property I liked even better than the first. I called ziprent's leasing department, to inquire about the second property, and was informed I could transfer my application without paying another application fee. The transfer application occurred that Saturday, and my application was accepted by the owner on Monday. From there, ziprent sent multiple communications on the next steps of the process. It should be noted, the QUALITY of rental properties ziprent has available is unmeasured - I'm not sure if that's by design? a requirement the company has? But that aspect did not go unnoticed by me, having seen other less desirable rental listings in the Bay area. Also, ziprent offers a virtual tour for their rental listings. I appreciate the ability to virtual tour the rental properties, it's a great way to get a feel for the layout of the property. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer service and how technology was used to facilitate every stage of the process from beginning to end. The follow-up text messages, calls and emails from the ziprent team were very helpful and made my first rental process smooth. If zip ever gets in the busisness of selling properties, I will definitely be first in line.

Very responsive and efficient. Made me feel very involved in the renting process (as a renter), and I felt that I could reach out to them at any point. Clear instructions made the contactless process very easy, and I would definitely recommend them.

Simple, easy and quick. Efficient team who are there to help you in a fast manner. A feeling that they care and are not there to take money away from you. Multiple options to best feed my needs.
