I am really glad I chose to go with Ziprent for my tenant placement. This is my first time renting and it was comforting to know I had the expertise of Ziprent staff to ensure I went about renting out my home in the right way. I got my place rented out quickly and at the asking price I had hoped for. As I had questions along the way, there was always someone who could either respond via email or on the phone. They are very efficient and communicative, which really helps to streamline the renting process. And they are more affordable than other places that offer similar services.

I've had nothing but good experience with Ziprent! Everyone was very helpful, quick response, and always gets all necessary job done in a timely manner.

Communication was great

Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

The entire ziprent team was great. Specifically Dineen, if it was not for her support and advise in this long process we would not be living in our new home. The other manager as well helped us get moved in a day earlier and made sure that every step went smoothly.

Cellito did an excellent job helping me when I had an issue with a transaction. She kept me informed of where we were in the process and how to help resolve the issue and when she was able to close out the issue.
