I am thrilled with Ziprent's service to find a new tenant for my townhouse. Ziprent was recommended to me by another property owner in my community. I used to handle finding renters myself, but I figured that I would see how well Ziprent could do - especially because I had to travel away from the area. Ziprent was able to use their "self serve" process to show the townhouse to a lot of interested parties, and the new tenants have already moved in. The process was fast, cost less than other property management companies, and I got "top dollar". Their high-quality photography and 3D tour helped the property look at its best. I have decided to use Ziprent for the ongoing property management. It's too soon for me to say, but I expect that they'll continue to be responsive, professional and effective.

I looked at several units in one day and it was such a BREEZE! They send you a code and clear instructions to do a self tour. Communication is very efficient and helpful. Any issues were solved.

So far I am happy and impressed by everything Ziprent has done and how they've handled the process. From taking pictures to posting and updating the listing, they have made things easy. They are very communicative and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They have also been very patient and helpful with any tenant or my questions. They will let you know how your listing is perfoming and advise you on which candidates to lease to. 5/5 stars with the listing and placing a tenant

The process was seamless and they are there ever step of the way!! They are prompt at answering any questions by email or text!

The company is customer friendly . Very reasonable cost and professional . The service was a bit chaotic though without an assigned agent per property where the context was missing and sometimes things were dropped. It would be better to bring a balance by assigning one agent per ticket . For example just for one application check I had to talk to 3-4 folks .

Everyone i have dealt with has be very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. You can tell this company puts a huge focus on customer service. A rarity these days. Keep it up
