The service is fantastic. The company always responds to my emails in a timely matter. Any repairs needed get completed within 10 days but usually a lot quicker. It is a lot easier to deal with Ziprent than your landlord if needed.

They're absolutely amazing. Each time I have emailed Ziprent, with an issue I've always received an immediate response. That lets me know that they care about their tenants. Whatever I need, Ziprent remains in constant contact with me. They're checking to see if the work is being done and if I have a problem with it. They also don't try and take the bootleg way as a remedy to an issue. They are meticulous within finding the right contractor for the job. Then, Ziprent follows through with you, to make sure everything was completed to your specifications. I truly appreciate them. This was my first time using an app for finding, renting, and maintaining a home. I'm grateful that I went this route. This has been my best rental experience. I've been here over a year. I'm not going anywhere either. If you're interested, I would love to recommend Ziprent for all your rental needs. From the time you go and view the unit, until you move out Ziprent will be right there as the best landlord ever.

This is one of the most professional leasing services that I have used so far. When one of my friend referred me to this I was skeptical whether or not to use this service. For a brief period I decided to try to place tenant on my own and it was so much difficult cause most of the times I was hit by spam calls or some people texting me asking me for other services such as AirBnb or etc. I would say I am very much glad that I used zip rent for getting potential good profile tenants for my residence. I am not only impressed by speed and timely action by you guys I am equally surprised that everytime I call I could talk to the agent Agents were so helpful and quick in assessing and assisting me. They guided me as to what should I do and not do. When I got a profile which was average Zip rent agent told me we will find you a better profile and they delivered. I am happy to have trusted Ziprent for my residence. I will spread the word across and hope my fellow friends also benefit as I did. Thank you so much for your help and quick responses . Ziprent has given me the ability to rent my property out while living abroad. It is also extremely affordable compared to other options out there. The manage-by-teams model is an industry disruptor and it works! I appreciate the ability to always be able to get a hold of someone on the phone. Emails are always promptly returned. I feel comfortable that my property is in good hands with Ziprent. Only bit of feedback (and why I'm not giving full 5 stars) is that there needs to be more collaboration and connectivity among the Ziprent teams. Because they operate in such a way, it unfortunately creates silos, where often the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. An example of this is one year, I had a tremendous amount of repairs and maintenance needed after one of my tenants moved out. It was a complicated process because of the nature of the work, but I found myself having to constantly bring together the repairs and leasing teams to get them aligned. It would be nice to have like a project manager, who brings everything together internally and makes sure all teams involved are sync'd and heading toward the same common goal. Otherwise, zero complaints about Ziprent. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks!

I just used Ziprent services for my most recent rental experience. From start to finish, the process was not only efficient but surprisingly enjoyable. All rental documentation is handled electronically through their portal. No more back and forth with PDFs and emails that might not work on your computer. It is extremely convenient to manage all info and payments through emails and their portal. This made it super efficient to move forward with the deposit and signing the lease, and so I can focus on better things like packing and relocating. I definitely recommend this service for a convenient, efficient, and stress free renting experience. More landlords should have this.
