Ziprent made the entire process of moving into a new home so easy and efficient. From the initial application, through the lease signing, account setup for making monthly rent payments and finally the tenant walkthrough, everything is online, and easy to access on your personal dashboard. The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive. Ziprent would send frequent notifications by text and email reminding me of outstanding action items, and also of upcoming steps in the process. Ziprent staff reached out to me by email, as well as called me to make sure the process was clear, and that I did not have any concerns. Ziprent provides the perfect set of solutions of both landlords and tenants. I appreciate the fact that I can pay online, and no longer worry about mailing a rent check, as well as make maintenance requests quickly and easily with a record for both landlords and tenants to access. Great customer service from Ziprent.

This has been the best renting experience for our family!

We have used ZipRent the past few years and they have been excellent! They are efficient, reasonably priced and communicate very well with both us as well as our tenants, often on the weekend or evenings, whenever it's needed. ZipRent expedites quick repairs, giving the landowner multiple options to choose from that are reasonably priced. With the last turnover of a former tenant and onboarding of a new tenant, our experience has been almost entirely excellent as well. We used an outside realtor to find the new tenant and was able to get them connected with ZipRent. She spoke very highly of how well they all handled things, and I tend to agree. I super appreciate ZipRents' quick responses, especially off-hours, and on Sundays!! WOW! Very impressive!! There was a time or two when the communications were late in being responded to, requiring multiple emails or calls. Calling ZipRent expedited things. But to be fair, there were a lot of moving parts in our last tenant lease onboarding, I get that an item or two might fall between the cracks. In the end, everything was taken care of promptly and courteously. We will continue using ZipRent, they are professional and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them!

Great relationship managers. Ziprent estimated 2-3 weeks to place the tenants and they did it within that timeframe. Took good care in vetting applications and provided appropriate recommendation. Portal is very intuitive. Automatic process is laid out pretty much for every common scenario that works seamless. There were few minor setbacks that delayed the process. Despite of it they could place the tenants within the timeframe. It would be greatly helpful if ziprent could be proactive in areas where it could have avoided delays, like scheduling listing appointment, guiding owners to get the previous listing down(since ziprent deals with a lot of clients, they would be having more knowledge than owners so any advice would help owners a lot. ) Otherwise it could have 5 out 5 stars.

Smooth experience and interface that clearly explained different steps in the process, with a friendly and responsive team. Helped streamline the rental application process and walkthrough. Also found the automated/digital access to the property for viewing to be very convenient and accommodating to our busy schedules.

If you have a question you can talk to a real person within 10 seconds. - Whoever answers the call stays within context right away. You'd never have to explain something again. - Very friendly and understanding team - Great guidance - They help facilitate you making great decisions - Great online, self-service model that works - Very affordable pricing. This also means you can stay competitive with the rental market and yet accomplish better cash flow. Ziprent would be our go to place for all things property management. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family!
