Very quick service even if they need to exchange the original hearing aids. Sent me to a great Hearing expert in my area who is very knowledgeable. I am a fourth generation hearing aid user and this is the best experience I have ever had and the lowest price for the top of the line product. I would recommend them.

I was already a hearing aid wearer and so had already decided on a replacement pair. With that said, I found Ziphearing to be the lowest cost in terms of those companies that sell hearing aids in conjunction with providing local fitting and service. When I called the representative was knowledgeable and helpful and worked with me to enlist a local audiologist to do the hearing test and fitting. The overall transaction was easy and straightforward - they even followed up automatically to send a year's worth of batteries. Highly recommended
