Needing a hearing aid is one thing but then trying to narrow the selection from hundreds of products is really challenging. Pricing is another concern. ZipHearing's Jeff Hall was wonderful and helped us differentiate between brands, determine what features would be helpful and most importantly put us in touch with a local hearing specialist who also has been great. Configuring any hearing aid is critical and cannot be done remotely so make sure you are working with a professional you can trust. For the top of the line Signia hearing aid ZipHearing's price was great.
