I got my new hearing aids from Zip-Hearing last May and it are working nice, Love the connection with my iPhone and the custom channels too The music one is my favorite, now I listen my tunes seamlessly from my iPhone without the need of bulky headphones , the nice clear molds have the perfect fit in my ears and feel great and of course, sound even better.

We found ZipHearing on the Internet searching numerous hearing aid sites for information and products. We phoned ZipHearing, 1-800-731-6794, and spoke with Grant. We find Grant to be honest and very very helpful. Grant suggested a Dr. Sheri Mello, Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center, NC, 919-790-8889, and Dr. Mello spent many hours, not charged, explaining and trying out different hearing aids. I highly recommend Grant of ZipHearing, always available, and Dr. Mello of Raleigh Hearing.

On my 30th day with new hearing aids. Had issue with left ear on second visit, tech adjusted hearing aids. I left on two week trip and stilling having trouble with left hearing aid. Went back today August 8th, turned out it was the stem on the left hearing aid needed replacing. Now I can hear out of left aid. Maybe I didn't explain the problem clearly. I got in very fast each time. No waiting and staff very polite and knowledgeable.

My experience with the folks at Zip Hearing has been very positive. I purchased my hearing aids from them after a consult with a local audiologist to whom they had referred me. Their price was significantly lower than other providers- even supposed discount ones. Everything went smoothly and both Grant and Jeff, at Zip Hearing, were very helpful and responsive.
