I tried a new hearing aid with Zip. but decided to exchange it for a Widex (for right ear only), which was the first hearing aid I purchased a few years ago through a doctor in NY. One of he very few absolutely pleasant purchasing experiences I've had. Grant was my contact at ZipHearing. He explained the entire process thoroughly. He put me in contact with a local provider who called me within just a few minutes after I talked with Grant. We set-up a hearing test appointment. He did an outstanding job in explaining the various features of the hearing aid I was interested in. He went into detail concerning the follow-up procedure --- adjustments, cleaning schedule, etc. He indicated to me there was significant cost savings by going through ZipHearing -- If I had gone directly to him he said he would have had to charge me about $1,600 more than ZipHearing did for the same hearing aid! However, throughout the entire process, including my first follow-up appointment, he has treated me with friendly, absolute professionalism -- no different than one of his regular customers!! Grant called me about a week after I started wearing the hearing aids to ask how I liked them. I was very impressed -- an absolutely positive experience dealing with Grant and the local provider. I strongly recommend ZipHearing to anyone interested in obtaining quality, name brand hearing aids at a reasonable price!
