I found Ziphearing on the internet. When I decided to call them i was so pleasantly surprised. Jeff was very helpful explaining how I would get my aids, costs etc. What made this a winner for me was the audiologist I was sent to for programming the aids. Now comes the bonuses besides free batteries, there is a 45day trial period and 6 adjustment visits free. I don't know if anyone else does that. I felt worth a try and so glad I did.
