So far, so good! I contacted ZipHearing after seeing positive reviews online while looking for a more affordable option than the high quote I received from my audiologist. ZipHearing (Jeff) returned my call within 30 minutes and provided pricing for the hearing aids I was interested in. A $2,000 savings from my audiologist's quote. Jeff also provided the name of the office in the area I should go to. The ZipHearing quote is all-inclusive - hearing aid + office visit, exam and fitting/programming. I have had my hearing aids for a week and I am very satisfied. It has only been three weeks since I started this process with ZipHearing. The company is very easy to work with and their pricing is as good as I've seen. This is my first experience with hearing aids. I am hearing better in all kinds of environments. My experience has been very positive with ZipHearing, the referred audiologist and my new hearing aids.

At every turn ZipHearing has been there for me. After a bad experience with a "Medical provider" for hearing aids I started looking for something better. I started doing my homework and after several episodes of "Look at what we have" I settled on ZipHearing and I'm very happy with the results. From the initial phone call to my last appointment everything has been "Top Drawer". Always pleasant and friendly and often fun. These guys are as good as it gets. To top that off their prices are extremely competitive.
