Hello Blaine, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We take patient feedback very seriously here at ZipHealth and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. The state that you reside in requires an audio video consultation be completed every 90 days for each medication you order from us. As long as the medication and strength do not change within that 90 days, the AVC is not required. However, do keep in mind that if you order the same medication and strength after 90 days of the original consultation, you will be required to complete a new one. As an online pharmacy we do have strict guidelines that we must follow, including all state regulations. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
