I'm not happy with Ziphealth
I order from Ziphealth, for a couple of years now, and each time the experience is worse. I order Asthma rescue inhalers. With my initial order I was able to buy two, and I was happy about that because I was able to give one inhaler to my son. Then I was only allowed to buy one every month, so I signed up my son so he can purchase one. After a while in an email from Ziphealth, I was told that my son was booted from being able to purchase his inhaler. I called Ziphealth to ask why, and I was told by a rude rep that they had checked my son's records, and he was not illegible to purchase his inhaler from Ziphealth, (What records was he even talking about?) I asked "what records are you talking about?", and I was rudely given some reason that made no sense to me. Eventually I was only allowed to buy an inhaler every two months. Time has gone by, and now I'm only allowed to buy an inhaler every three months. It's utter nonsense.
