I tried repeatedly to reorder and was only recognized as a new customer asking me to start from scratch. When I finally received an invitation to reorder, I did so and hit the button that said “nothing has changed.” Why am I still being asked for another interview? This is a very encumbersome process and not required by all providers. The irritation makes me think twice about reordering. Thank you for your time.

I get WAY to many emails. The service is exceptional, the prices are good and the package arrives in a timely manner. Just those constant emails are enough to make me look else where for the product. I placed an order and immediately got 3 emails.

I ordered the medication on Monday, June 16th. Hoping the medication will come by Friday, June 20th (just like the website said). However, they won't be delivered until Monday, the 23rd (per USPS)

My experience with the person I spoke with today was fabulous. I give her a 5. But I had left a text message and an email on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and got zero response. I would give those systems a 1. Especially when one of the messages was for a Dr..
