Fast service, excellent price for my medication. I'm a grateful customer.

My experience has been incredible. I have completely changed the what, time and portion of eating. Additionally the medicine has assisted greatly in this major life changing journey. I am 3 weeks into this and the weight loss and eating changes have been unbelievable.

While they offer responsive customer service, the compounded pharmacy they use is hot garbage! I have been complaining about their weak, watered down medications since the first prescription. No other service starts you off at such a low dose except those looking to make money off of patients knowing they'll need to be on the meds longer because that 25 weight loss shot does absolutely nothing! If you are in the Atlanta area, just Ascend Medical Clinic. The pharmacy they use is the real deal, and you don't have to go into an office to get treatment. Their prices are comparable to these other services, and at least you know you'll definitely lose weight because they don't water down their meds. I actually took the meds from ZIPhealth and injected four times my regular dosage just to see if I felt a difference in my appetite, and I can honestly tell you, it was still weaker than half the same dosage when I got my meds from Ascend Medical. Don't waste your time or money. Good customer service might make you feel better, but it certainly won't help you lose pounds! Update: 3/12/25 In response to Ziphealth's response to my review...REALLY? I have complained about the lack of efficacy of your medications and the watered down versions and long wait times associated with your compounding pharmacy at least five times. Each time, I was given the same response that basically you all have to use the pharmacy you are using right now, but you are looking into other options. I even provided you all with the name and contact information of the pharmacy used by Ascend, as their medications arrive the next day and they are extremely potent. Please don't act like this is the first time I've complained about the watered-down medications. I even asked if you all had received complaints from other people, and each time you told me no; which I knew to be false. I think I tried you all for 3 months, and I could have taken that money and donated it to charity because I basically did not get what I paid for. In fact, I shared with you that the first month I gained 3 lbs on your meds. Maybe now you all will take it seriously that people are spending their hard-earned money on medications, and should get what they're paying for. Even with me taking Adderall daily and your shots, I was able to eat pretty much like normal! That should tell you how watered-down they are. Get me wrong, your customer service is great, but you have to know that your compounding pharmacy is ripping people off by providing watered-down meds that don't do anything to suppress appetite.

Great service! I felt very comfortable and confident with using them to help get my meds. It was easy and thorough. Everything came labeled with easy to understand directions. Packaged discreetly and kept at the proper temperature. I highly recommend them!

Received an e mail stating the shortage of semaglutide. Was happy for the notice so I wouldn't be caught short or delayed for next month's order. I do appreciate this!

Price is fair. Response rate is great. Shipping is quick. Communication is again, the best.
