I got denied when trying to change my prescription and my order was canceled. I replied back to the doctor that id stay on same prescription and requested a higher dose and never got a reply back. So unfortunate that its all about the money here

With so many other options out there, I will happily take my business elsewhere before waisting my time for a video call that gets canceled before it even takes place, clearly no customer support, their chat is just AI, no phone support, and option to send a email.

They put you on auto refill which I did not request, I'm sure that is in the small print. The price jumps considerable, they make it difficult to cancel an account may have to block my credit card, dont do buisness with this outfit

Charged my card for the prescription but couldn’t get me a health provider and wouldn’t have gotten the medicine for 4 days (choosing the next day option). Got on, did telehealth, started my prescription today, $10.00 cheaper. We will see if I get a refund from zip
