I have ordered a watch from them since 30 June and I got the latest tracking email from USPS since 7 July, until now I got nothing from them. The money was taken from my account the following day and advised delivery will be within 10 working days. I have emailed them many times about the shipping problem, the answer is : they advised me to contact the USPS by myself, why they are not responsible with this issue as they are the sender of the product and got money from the client? I’m so disappointed with this company too much. At the end, I hope you can solve it as soon as possible.

Extremely cheap quality, I had to file multiple claims to return the product and it took over two months to return it. Now they won’t stop emailing me to leave them a 5 star review. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZINVO. I ordered my partners watch a month ago. The money was taken from my account the following day and advised delivery will be within 10 working days. I am now one full working month on and no sign of my watch! I have emailed, tweeted, messaged on Facebook and Instagram. It took 2 weeks to get one reply advising they are speaking to their EU team, I mean now another week one and still no answer!!! Their customer service is disgusting!!!!!

Gave zinvo a try as their watches are the best on the market. I ordered blade nitro and paid 229$ for it. I called their office right away to ask when its shipping and their customer service team escalated the shipment and I got tracking number within 10 minutes after my order. 3 days later I had my watch on the wrist. I am in love with this company.

Ordered one of these for my husband, and when he got it I was blown away! It is a gorgeous watch so I ended up ordering my own. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but my zinvo white magic was totally worth the wait! Yeah the face is big but I love how it looks on my little wrist lol. Accessories should stand out and I love showing this off every chance I get. My husband and I will both be ordering again.

After a bit of a shaky start and lack of correspondence from the European branch, I was contacted by a member of Zinvo US. I have received the watch which is really very nice and can say that the customer service I had was a massive improvement. The watch was shipped very quickly and I was kept up to datebwith progress. The watch itself is a lovely item and was worth the wait. It feels solid and robust and looks lovely with the unique design.

hey guys, i got a reply from their management and they responded with an updated tracker in 2 days and now my watch is in transit, cant wait to see it and try it on. will keep you posted when i receive it.
