I use Zillow quite often but for some reason either my requests dont go through or I just don't hear back from home owners. :/

Zillow is great! The prices are estimated though so keep that in mind. Probably not the best for business.

Non existent customer service. Try to leave a message and their mailbox is full. Amateur operation and typical start-up mentality. Awful experience, and I do not understand how this company is allowed to operate the way it does. The real tragedy is that banks are using this company for their valuations without there being any accountability for massive errors and discrepancies.

Zillow customer service is non-existent ! I have submitted two questions to their customer service , but never received an answer.

Zillow is totally misleading. I looked at 3 homes and realized it had two different taxes listed for each home. They then connected me with an agent who then gave me a third quote on the taxes which were higher than the other two!! Not accurate and a waste of time!!

I worked with Elisa Martin at Pacific Properties in Bandon & Coquille in Oregon when purchasing my home recently. She and her team could not have been more helpful, accommodating and professional. Elisa was very patient in showing me properties, explaining local neighborhoods, and working diligently to both help me find the property that is right for me and guiding through the entire process from offer to identifying services once I was moved in. I am absolutely satisfied and grateful.

I am not even allowed to change MY address at MY property without the hassles of going down to the City and asking for a form that shows my residence address has changed. Zillow was not worried about that when I 1st advertised, did not question the address I put in one time. We just simply advertise now with Apartment Guide. All advertising we had on Zillow has been deactivated. We lost over 2 weeks of prospective renters while I waited for a response from Zillow to change my address just to find out Sara won't do it, therefore they lost my business. I use Apartments.com now, no hassle and FREE!!!!

A lot of expired and sold listings. A TON of agents email or call after searches. Some houses appear on lists that don’t match search criteria and there are a bunch of ads. It feel like a hint marketing site for realtors.
