I have had tremendous success with lead gen through Zillow. My rep does a fantastic job of keeping me informed and close to 90% of my business has come from this platform.

The site is great when it works. it is the only site I have that I continually get "This page isn’t workingIf the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 400" Therefore I have continued to go to different similar sites. Please fix this.

Zillow is a useful resource, but it guesses what your value is. I've called to question how they find the values of homes and got the BS answers. "Oh we use special algorithms" sure. If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you. Last we listed our home and Zillow put a nice high value. We took the house off the market for a few months and just recently put it back on at a lower price and Zillow's value though is not bad, but is much lower than they previously stated. It's all based on your listing price not actual value. Only a certified professional appraiser can do that.

I worked with Eunice Pettaway, and she was an amazing person who went above and beyond to make sure she found you what you want. And your never left out on anything because she's always informing you and always there to help with any questions you may have.

Wise buyers do not buy any property in this unrealistic market because you will be paying double for what that property is worth. Also, Zillow.com is at the final stage of buying distressed homes left on the market and auctions to give them a cheap and superficial cosmetic work and sell them to you for twice or even more what they paid by fouling you with a low interest rate, which the Feds will no longer be able to keep it low, so you will eventually be under water with your mortgage higher interest and property taxes. Then you will be forced to give your house back to Zillow company, which will once again be selling the house you bought to another uneducated buyer. Do yourself a favor and be a wise buyer by waiting the market dip down, which is about to happen anytime now and then go buy your house for the right price and value. I am awaiting on such opportunity that will take place sooner than we think because recession is already here and the same crash will take place as the last one in 2007-2010, where houses were selling for their real value! I refuse to make big real estate investors like Zillow, Redfin and others richer on the account of the hard working Americans like us!
