the people who contact you are quite rude, lousy service

It’s just like any other review site. They don’t like bad reviews and will find a reason not to post them. They protect the businesses, in this case the realtors, not the customer. If you put too much detail, which is often necessary to tell the story, they will say it doesn’t comply with the guidelines. When you try to pin them down and ask, they are onerous, obstinate, and won’t tell you why it doesn’t comply with the guidelines or what needs to be taken out. Often, upon reading the guidelines, you find the review does comply. The rules and guidelines also aren’t applied consistently. I even had one review that got posted that I went back and edited to change a timeline. The edited version was rejected.

Zillow Zestimate is a joke they have no clue what is happening in area markets they need to remove Zestimates from there sight as they are way off base from the real would

Upon listing on Zillow, I was bombarded by realtors wanting to “help” me or list the home. After getting over 300 calls, texts, and emails in only 12 days, I de-listed it. This could be a great service but not the way Zillow currently functions.

We recently wanted to confirm insurance replacement value and found our home although larger than most neighbors and the same age is listed ,based on comps $35 per SQ ft less.I was told by a realtor not to worry ,nobody trusts Zillow. Numerous contacts have failed.

Selling Manufactured homes in SWF on leased land. Zillow is selling the leads over 100k to realtors that don’t have a license to sell manufactured homes. Very upset on all ends, realtors getting unqualified leads, clients calling on home not even being serviced. Get it together Zillow.
