The so called Zestimates are less than reliable. The difference between Redfin and Zillow can be 60,70, or even 80 thousand dollars different. That you can predict a price on a given street from some where ( California?) using an algorithm is a joke. It reminds me of the election polls.. better yet the odds of an accurate Zestimate is about the same as hitting a fly with a bb gun from 100 yards. The prices they come up with are in a word "unreliable". The ONLY way to get a sense of worth for your property is to speak with a LOCAL realtor... not one preferable assigned by Zillow.

I stopped using Zillow to look for rentals recently because just about every rental that’s listed no one ever calls back or they are taking people application fees and not calling or emailing you back to let you know wether you have been approved or not. Zillow needs to throughly check these people who are listing their properties on their site. I will never use Zillow again.

Zillow on my IPad continually crashed. I tried to update my information and it either crashed or didn’t recognize my password. I once relied on Zillow, not anymore. I’ll use Realtor from now on.

Garbage company that always has incorrect information or late information listing home as for sale if it’s been sold waiting to close for a month. They don’t care about being unethical and having incorrect information. Their business model just relies on getting you to call in so they can refer you to a pushy agent and get a referral fee.

Zillow’s estimate of my property is so far off the mark, it’s absurd. All they will say is our computer does it and we leave it. They don’t investigate the hard information to see if their computer is completely wrong. I’m tired of these services that do this and then take no responsibility for the information they post that is wholly inaccurate. In my opinion, beware of information you see on Zillow.

Zillow did not list my For Sale by Owner property on their website. They only gave my information to realtors! I got numerous phone texts from only realtors AND I had not listed my phone number with the ad!

We are a real estate firm and it is impossible to get Zillow on the phone to help us and takes way too long to get a reply from their email help line. We don't feel this is a good way for agents and Zillow to do good business together.

Zillow gave me information about a spectacular property I purchased it. Some people don’t allow you the time for decisions but Zillow Did. 4 stars out of Five.
