⭐️ 1 Star I have been a Realtor since 2018, and Zillow is currently missing a significant number of my closed sales from my public agent profile. My profile shows only 6 total sales, which is nowhere close to an accurate representation of my transaction history. I have identified more than 14 missing transactions so far, and I believe there may be additional sales missing as well. I have spent months calling, emailing and leaving voicemails trying to get this corrected. Zillow is now communicating with me and has acknowledged that there appears to be a glitch in their system that they are having difficulty resolving. What makes this even more frustrating is that I personally know several other agents experiencing similar issues who have simply given up trying to get them corrected because reaching Zillow support can be incredibly difficult. In my experience, getting meaningful assistance is especially challenging when you are not a Premier Agent. This matters. Consumers use Zillow profiles to evaluate Realtors, and an incomplete sales history can make an experienced agent appear significantly less experienced than they actually are. That can affect our professional credibility and potential business. I appreciate that someone is finally communicating with me, but agents should not have to spend months chasing support to correct inaccurate professional information being displayed publicly. I will gladly update this review when my sales history is corrected and the missing transactions are restored.

This was our first time selling a house and this was the worst experience. Our house has been on the market for almost a year. Every time we’ve only had five people come through in that amount of time I will say last Tuesday our house got offered a cash sale signed papers had a settlement date we were actively looking for a new house and Zillow blew it for us because they put online that we were accepting backup offers when we were not has anybody apologized no worst experience ever then you would think my realtor would bump it up a little bit. Nope so he just got fired and I’m firing Zillow. We were preapproved for a mortgage. This was a double sale for this realtor and Zillow and they blew it. You were gonna go down as one of the worst real estate companies ever you have horrible reviews I will never buy a house through you again. I will never list a house through you again.. oh and when I said we’re gonna take our house off the market and regroup, he said yeah I suggest six months to 12 months what the ?…. Are they selling house houses or are they just shoveling crap?

Well it appears you have someone working for this business who goes around messaging people on social media with insults and also has a pleasure in belittling, insulting and making threats to potential clients. We been looking for a house to rent since August we keep getting rejected we pass the tenants report was looking at house on 327 Leona dr they keep saying app before me but the house is still listed for rent

Absolute trash... I'd give Zillow 0 stars if I could. I've been trying to post my house and pictures for over a week at this point with no end in sight. They continue to not add the images which I've uploaded twice or make the listing changes. Customer service is strictly electronic and totally unhelpful. I'm shocked its this bad and the sad part is as a consumer wanting to sell your home by owner, there's no other way to expose it electronically, Zillow has monopolized home sale exposure and they do a horrible, horrible job. If you have a house to sell you should get a good 30 day head-start on posting your house because what you would expect to take 20 minutes is now over a week and counting for me. Side note, I'm a 32 year veteran of the commercial real estate business, so I actually have some aptitude for this, and I'm totally frustrated, I can't even imagine trying to list on this POS if you have no background.

Unbelievably horrible customer service. I am a real estate agent and frequently used Zillow in multiple ways both professionally and personally. They first completely messed up my multiple email accounts and then ALL notifications on properties stopped. Their IT people needed to look into it further - this was a YEAR AGO!! As of today, no resolution.

Zillow has 1.3 stars on Trust Pilot for a reason; it's a terrible website for both sellers and buyers/renters for a myriad of reasons. AVOID USING ZILLOW.COM AT ALL COST. Look at all the bad reviews here; don't waste your time and money and be another victim. LOOK ELSEWHERE or pay the price!
