So much discrimination for voucher holders when I ask for voucher they don't answer anymore i don't like this app

I have been working with Zillow for so many years. Last month I listed a property for sale. Nothing then I listed it again nothing. I tried to get in touch with them, as it is impossible because it has become a machine not a person friendly site.

Zillow allows for anyone to claim your home and change facts. My husband and I have been harassed by a mentally unwell neighbor who claims our home on Zillow and changes data. Zillow customer service will not help. You can't speak to any live person. Our neighbor goes into Zillow over a dozen times a day and edits data on our home to anything they wish. Thank you Zillow for posting our home info and allowing for fraud, scams, and harassment. I see many lawsuits in your future.

Today, while viewing a property listed on Zillow.com, I experienced racial discrimination from your real estate agent, **Robert Littman**. Upon meeting me, his first question was, “Where are you from?”When I replied that I was from Korea, he immediately asked, “North Korea or South Korea?” I explicitly told him that such questions can be perceived as racist by Koreans and that he should stop asking them. Instead of apologizing, he responded with a dismissive “Oh yeah?” If your company wants to be taken seriously as a real estate service, you need to educate your agents on basic manners and common sense. Racial discrimination has no place in professional interactions, and I expect Zillow to **take immediate action** to address this issue.

-Most (land) pictures show no property boundary lines. -All property zoning codes have no links for their meanings. -There is no filter or any option for (land) lease. -There is no custom searching, ie. I want to add HOA, lease, and zoning in the searching results. -In search results map, floating buttons cover many results!

Terrible website and that is from a 30 year IT guy. I placed an advert as an owner for a single family home to rent. Everything seemed fine with the complete rental address specified, the description and the pictures uploaded. For some reason, when I published the advert, it shows a different city in the State. How the hell does their system fabricate bs information for a paid advert is beyond me?. Even the contact number was incorrect. Unfortunately, there is no provision to add a screenshot here of a renter responding to me with the wrong address on the screen. Customer support is useless. You cannot call anybody and I contacted them by filling a form. However, the customer service reply said that they changed the address. Yet, a renter contacted me and I see a different city on the screen. Not a reliable site to trust when false information is being provided to renters. Worse still, no real customer service to talk to somebody. When you try to give feedback, it asks whether renter or Landlord. When I clicked Landlord, it took me to FAQ or automated assistant. The entire site is a joke.
