Excellent grill. I needed to order a new RTD probe after my dog got to the wire and chewed through it (after ripping through the cover 🤬). I ordered what I thought was the correct replacement and it wasn’t so I contacted customer service. They promptly sent the correct probe and I’m back up and grilling! Great job.

Terrible experience no hardware to assemble with original shipment. Now 75% of time when starting z grill 1000 we get a E2 error. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes of unplugging, turning on & off to ever get it to start. I am sure this is not good on switch cycling so many times. So much for cooking made quick and easy. Expensive deck ornament. Contacted customer support stating all the above & all i here is crickets, nothing zillcho.

Z grill is the best pellet grill I have owned by far! I have owned the others and they do not compare.

Love my Z-Grill. Have used too many times to cook. I also have flat top grill to insert when I am doing steaks. Bottom line, I wonder why I waited so long to get one. Get one for your own and start your grilling journey.

My Z grill took a bit longer to receive but once I realized it was coming from China then it made sense. My suggestion would be to simplify the assembly instructions so a 10 year old would be able to put the grill together other than that you get a lot of bang for your buck. I did some research before purchasing and discovered that the prices varied considerably for smokers. The high end well over $2,000 for stainless. But for the weekend smoker you can beat the z grill. It arrived with all the pieces in perfect shape. Assembly a bit of an issue as I admit assembly is not my strong suit . Once assembled it was simple to operate. I did notice when you increase the temperature the temp will rise quickly and surpass the desired setting. Just wait a few minutes and the temperature will back down without further adjustment. I reccomended keeping seperate thermometer on the cooking service as a backup. I've cooked/smoked pork loin,brisket,chicken,picnic and pork butts.all have been good except the picnicand pork butt which has been fantastic regardless of the prep. Sugar,mustard.apple juice cider they all worked magic. So bottom line unless your setting up a commercial operation ,a Z grill will satisfy your needs 100%

Absolutely love this Grill. My husband finally found a grill he enjoys with versatility in grilling. Best purchase of a grill by far.

Had an issue with temp probe Emailed and was resolve quickly and to my satisfaction

Had a Trager but this is built better. Excellent grill.
