Don't order from them! Placed an online order, they shipped wrong items. I had to call several times to ask for replacement. Each call took me about 30-40 min to explain everything all over and over again. They asked for pictures, than I had to go to FedEx to drop return shipment. After I shipped the wrong items back they said will take 2-3 weeks to have a replacement as they have to verify the shipment I made. It wasn't my mistake. It was them, who send me wrong items and instead of shipping back the replacement right away, they take 3 weeks to issue a replacement. Never had such a bad experience! After I spoke to supervisor (Victor) and asked for compensation for the hours I spend with they customer service, drive to FedEx etc, the answer was "We didn't ask you to call us, it was your choice to give us a call!" Horrible!!! Worse customer service ever!

I decided to go to Boca Raton to see Z Gallery for the first time. I walked in I was in a bit of a hurry and noticed nobody came to ask me if I needed help. I circled the store several times still nobody. I finally decided on a few items including some heavy lamps. The lamps were in the back so The only guy working in the back took a while bringing them out. As we were paying one lady elbowed another lady and they both looked at us and looked at each other and rolled their eyes right in front of us because my boyfriend is a little bit older than me. I had already had enough of being in there. Actually left some things out of frustration. It took about a good 20 minutes to get to lamps out of storage. They were heavy and only one guy could help me carry these very very heavy lamps outside. My lamp is now broken and I can’t return it because who thinks to save the receipt and box. You would think Z Gallery would last you a long time and you wouldn’t need to keep the receipt or box. So now I’m sitting here with a heavy broken lamp and I don’t know what to do with it. The customer service is horrible for Boca Raton. The staff is bitchy and snooty. I will not be going here again. The staff made bad representation of this very nice and popular store. If you want horrible return policies, products , or staff that’s the place for you!

Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I have ordered a duvet on 12/1 and never received it. I called 5 times in the last month (hold times were between 1 to 2 hours) and they kept saying that they will send me a replacement in two weeks. It is now January 8th and I have not received my items, customer service once again stated that it will take another two weeks. I am never supporting this company again.

WARNING NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CO!! I ordered 2 branch wall sconces from them online Oct 2019. I got 2-3 emails from them theough December 2019. Each email they were delaying my order another couple weeks. Finally I called them since it had been a couple months to see if I was ever going to receive the sconces. Rep said they’d be mailed the following week. Once I received them late December both sconces were broke upon arrival. I called & spoke to Michael who apologized for the inconvenience & frustration. Said I needed to send photos of the broke sconces by email. Once they decided if they’d want them back they’d let me know & issue me a gift card for the inconvenience. I sent the email & received a notice back 2 days later that they’d issue me a refund. No mention of the gift card or why they weren’t replacing the items instead of issuing a refund. I called today and the lady rep stood firm they would NOT offer me any type of discount or % off a purchase for my 2 months of waiting and broke items sent. I explained my degree was in retail merchandising & I worked retail many years. Never have I ever known of a company who wouldn’t offer something to a customer to make things right. They are hateful and do not have any kind of customer service. I will NEVER order from them again or buy from their store. Word of mouth makes business like this go under often. Hope they go under for their terrible lack of customer service, lying to customers about offering a discount and taking their word back. Scam of a company. Buyer beware!!

DO NOT order from this company! All of the reviews below are true, but thankfully my money was refunded (I think, I didn't actually see any refund on my bank account but the customer service person said it was. I'll have to double check). I ordered a mirror 2 months ago and did not receive it. I emailed customer service inquiring about the order and they just cancelled my order WITHOUT telling me. I then called customer service. The first time no one answered. I waited a couple days and the customer service agent was incredibly incompetent. She didn't even know why it was cancelled or even seem to care. Lesson learned. I will never wait that long for an item again or order from here again! This place really is a scam! I'm so disappointed since I loved their items, but I do not trust them.

There needs to be 0 as an option for rating! Myself, just like everyone else here, have had the same terrible experience. I purchased a curtain in July and still have not received it. I call every month and they literally tell me the exact same thing every time i call....its on back order and will be in the warehouse next week then I should receive it....every single time i call..lies lies lies...then they say oh a manager will call you back and you guessed it no call. They actually told me they would refund me but I refuse because i purchased the other curtain in the store and they are now closed and I do not have the receipt or original packaging for that and they refuse to refund me for that one. SO i am stuck at the moment with one curtain. Customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to get your item next year. So disappointed. The amount of money I have spent in their store over the yrs is actually hurtful.

What else can I add that hasn't been said by all the reviewers before me? These guys are interested in taking your money... And nothing else. Delivery is unpredictable and handled by incompetents. Customer Service is a bad joke; staffed by underpaid lackeys who are trained to lie (after you wait hours for someone to talk to you at all). And, get this, if you finally try to give up (like we did after waiting over 4 months for a delivery) you'll find that they have a 50% restocking fee (scam) designed to prevent you from going to a more reputable retailer. I only hope you are reading this before you make a purchase from these jokers. Whatever the price they offer, believe me: It's not worth dealing with this pathetic excuse for a business. P.S. They are currently being investigated by the BBB for fraud.

I purchase a Sofa at the beginning of March, it was supposed to deliver 8 weeks after (beginning of May) at the end of may. Beginning of June 12 weeks after the order I called to check on my sofa and the said that was delayed and were uncertain on a delivery date, so I asked to cancel my order, they refused and threat that I would have lost my money if the order was going to be canceled. At the end of June I called again as we were going into the 16 weeks from the order, again no certain date for delivery and again I attempt to cancel the order, with the same result they threat to not return my money, so, I had to stick with the order. Finally, on July27 the sofa was derived basically 5 months after my purchase. Once the Sofa was installed I realized that neither the model and the size where the one ordered, so I called back customer service to have the sofa picked up and to have a full refund, at this point they agreed to refund me 14 business day after they would have picked up the sofa, they came a month after on August 30 to get the item from my apartment. Since then, I'm waiting for a full refund, its now mid December and still no refund have been issued and every time I call (when I'm able to talk with somebody) to say that the payment is scheduled for the following week. Bottom line after more than 9 months from the purchase they are unlawfully holding my money and their behavior is nothing less than a scammer that just stole my money and has no intention to return the sum paid. Just do not buy from this company the market is full of honest competitor that stand behind their products.
