If there is a negative star i will give them that, they don't deserve the one star. TERRIBLE company, i waited for my product to arrive for 6 month when their estimation was only 2month. i called them so many times, i was told that someone will reach out to me, no one got back to me called several times and got bounce around from person to person without my issue being resolved. I was told that the items was made in here in California, but letter found out that it was made in Vietnam. The sofa looks nothing like what i saw in the store. Even the guy who delivered for the company said the company is TERRIBLE, he doesn't understand how the company like this still exists.

Beautiful furniture, awful company. I’ve now wasted two weeks of my life trying to get in touch with a Supervisor. Their agents are helpless, creating tasks for Supervisors and Departments that never call you back. We were sold the wrong piece of furniture, as soon as it’s assigned to a truck they can no longer help you. Assured us the piece we wanted was in stock (but couldn’t hold it) so we wait wait and then get an email that the wrong piece has now shipped! We call, call and call and now the piece we want is back ordered. 10-11 weeks for the new piece and they are holding our money and said they will compensate us for the experience later. Please don’t shop here. You will be sorry that you did.

I gave 1 star only because it makes you select at least 1 star to write a review. If I could, I would give z gallerie negative stars. I have never posted a review in my life but they are so ridiculous that I have to. We ordered a picture frame in December of 2019 for our wedding (the wedding was near the end of February). Weeks later, it arrived broken. Called back and spent 45 min on the phone requesting a replacement. Another month later , we received another broken picture frame. Called back again, spent another 45 min on the phone ordering another replacement. A few weeks later , we receive the wrong item completely. Needless to say we didn’t receive the frame we wanted to put out at our wedding. After calling a 3rd Time over the course of 4 months, we were told we didn’t call within 30 days so there was nothing they could do??? We called within 30 days the first 2 times but due to our wedding, we were late calling the 3rd time by a few days . Asked to speak to a manger and could not get one (even tho we were on hold for a manager for 20 minutes , they never came). By the way, The item we received was a cake stand worth half the price ??? Lol, it wasn’t even a similar item . Please don’t shop here . They could not care one bit about the customers they screw over . 3 calls , 2-3 hours on phone, 4 months later and still don’t have a picture frame. Still don’t have our money. Surprised they keep going bankrupt with the money they con people out of .

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I ordered two symplicity nightstands and a symplicty dresser from the website. When I ordered the nightstands it stated that the nightstands were in stock. However, after awhile I started to wonder why they have not shipped. So I called and they stated that the nightstands are on backorder until late May early June. I am so upset because they should not have stated that the nightstands were in stock when in fact they are not. I am incredibly irritated by this entire situation.

This is for Mikonos tray that was missing in the package. A month later and several phone calls I still don't have my money back or a replacement on the tray. A waiste of time on the phone and money. The ptoducts are nice, if you receive them in time or not broken. Or not missing from the package. The moment that any of these should happen, there is nothing but frustation. They do not have the ability to refund but to put in a request for a refund that takes 3-5 bys days..and no communication...just terrible experience!! Good luck with your purchase here!! And so that you know, their warehouse in California is closed but they will eagerly charge your credit card for any purchase you make right the way. Be aware! In my case I have several purchases made a month ago that were supossed to be delivered. Now they told me I can't get them delivered to me or get a refund!! Due to closure!!

TERRIBLE Customer service, Im so frustrated, this Company is stilling my money. I ordered a painting online in January 14; I received it broken so I sent it back and ask for my refund. I had talked in the phone at least 10 times, and they always said that I will get my money back and is false... They haven´t give my money back, I need it urgently since months ago, and today they said that because of the Covid they can´t give me an answer, So i will proceed and demand in every single website that I can, until this people respond for my money =( I wish I read all the terrible comments that they have. FRAUDULENT Company for sure!!!!

Never, ever, ever buy from them. They don't stand by their custom order time frames, they don't have any information or care when you call to get information, they are not proactive, and they really don't care. Stringing me along for months!

After waiting for six months for the furniture. I received damaged and defected furniture. Very disappointed with the poor quality definitely not worth the waiting and the price.
