Very disappointed... I spent thousands of dollars furnishing my entire house. My formal dining room table with mirror top you can literally see rows and rows of glue spots showing through! They refuse to help the issue and it is obvious defective! I have never even sat at this table it’s for looks only. Wish I could post pictures. Beware of mirrored top items.

Kept my money and won’t ship my items.....going to the Federal Trade Commission. This is very easy for you to do. It’s online and you can file a fraud report for online shopping. This store misrepresents and underserved it’s customers. We can stop others from having this happen if we take action by filing a report with the FTC. Tried to cancel but they won’t let me. Tells me my order has been assigned to a truck but no shipping notification received and my order disappeared from my online account. They won’t tell me a shipping date or cancel my order. All the 1 star reviews tell the story. Buyer beware.

The bed was sent from the store warehouse with 2 left side frames (rather than one and one right). Since this initial failure, there have been several missed delivery commitments. Moreover, I have been without a bed.

Do not shop at ZGallerie!!! They are scammers! Saying it will be delivered by end of Feb. now saying will take until end of April! When I cancelled order they are telling me there will be a 50% restocking fee. They have had my $$ since November! Stay away from this store!

Purchased date: 7/24/2020 TODAY- February 3, 2021 Estimated completing order April 17,2021 Ventura Extra Deep Sofa - 2 PC: Opulent Seal ORDER STILL NOT COMPLETED!!!!!! Original delivery had two items missing. I called right away same day to confront the issue, i was told it would take an additional THREE MONTHS!! For my replacement order since it’s a customized sofa so I waited 4 months to contact them. I NEVER received my package . they told me the package was sent out back in January 2nd !! They sent me a tracking number confirming the package was delivered at the (front desk) at my appartement complex .z Gallerie made a big error 1) (wrong name ) on package 2)they didn’t even put my appartement number ?!?! which made it impossible for me to receive my package in this first place.,which I am furious about. Finally found the package (a month over due) The missing replacement items I received were POOR QUALITY made in China original sofa is customized and made in California,USA original cushions all have light tan zippers my replacement items had black zippers!!! I was supposed to receive a long arm cushion instead they sent me a long back cushion , and of course with the stupid black zippers It has been nothing but a nightmare with Z Gallerie for the amount of money you pay you expect to get nothing but quality customer service along with high quality furniture. I am now in the process of having to wait an additional three months, like I have said it is a customized purchase . at the end of all of this I will have my complete sofa 9MONTHS!!! As they emailed me stating estimated wait will be April 17, 2021 !!!!! If I could give zero stars that would be what I would rate the Z Gallerie experience

HORRIBLE experience. I ordered something and it was damaged. Then it was out of stock, so I had to wait another month to get it. In that time I purchased a different item and decided to return my purchase. They do not pay for shipping and told me to send the item to California (cross-country for me). Shipping was $60! I was furious, and called asking for paid shipping, explaining that I would have kept it if the item was ok the first time. Customer service rep was so rude, and said “if I don’t like the item, then this is how it should be.” Ridiculous. I researched, called a local store and found out that I could return it there for free! When I asked the rep for other options he didn’t even suggest that. Z Gallerie should replace whatever outsourced, foreign service they use.

Customer Service is horrible, All they do is give you the run around. They sent me the Wrong Color of the item that I ordered and trying to not give me a refund. They SUCK

I purchased an item from them and didn't work and I had to pay alot of money to return and then when I got my credit they didn't give me my whole credit they are a RIP OFF will never shop there again everyone beware .
