Z GallerieReviews of zgallerie.com

I shop in this store frequently and the customer service is superb. I always asked for the salesperson, Yvonne. She is very knowledgeable, professional and patience. Always giving you great ideas and her very best support to the customer. Yvonne is definitely an asset to this store.

I have spent 3 weeks attempting to get Z Gallerie to remedy an error they created regarded a refund. Although they promised to refund a purchase made with a debit card back to the debit card, they sent the payment to the wrong financing account that had nothing to do with the purchase. I have spent 20+ Hours trying to remedy and they respond with they can not undue the transaction because their accounting department can not call back the payment even tho I have provided a receipt and other substantiation showing which account made the purchase. The escalations department has been ineffective, barely responsive and indifferent. They have treated me this way even after the furniture delivery date has been delayed 3 times with no delivery date in site. Be weary of purchasing from z Gallerie considering they will not be accountable for their errors.

Do not use a gift card. Got one for my birthday and was on the phone for over 20 minutes to order a single item because they don't allow you to use gift cards on their website. Kept being put on hold - super frustrating.

Terrible service no integrity. I order a bedroom and two side tables because they where in stock. They called me last Friday to deliver the furniture, mind you I was ordering this in two parts and willing to pay shipping twice because I needed a bed. So they called me to set up delivery Friday 9-1. At 12:45 they called me to tell me we don’t have your furniture. After I took a day off from Work ordered the set in two parts paid shipping twice for me to have absolutely nothing!!! Customer services can careless never order from here!!! Shop anywhere but here!!

Worst customer service ever! Absolutely no respect their customers! Customer service promises one thing, but does either nothing or opposite.

I ordered a bench from ZGallerie on 12/31. I received no information on the status of my order until I called in April to find out what happened to it. I was told it would be another 6 to 8 weeks for it to be ready. I asked to cancel the order and was told I would get a call back within 2 days. One week later, no call back, so I called again and the Supervisor I spoke to said I had to pay a 50% restocking fee to return the item. Also, it would be May before I received the bench. I have purchased a ton of furniture and other items with ZGallerie and their customer is so terrible that I will not continue purchasing from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE focus on client.

Ordered a couch in November. Told me it would arrive in February. Called customer service. They told me couch will be here in April. Called customer service. Told me couch will be here in May. Called customer service. They told me couch won’t be here until end of June! They are telling me that I can’t cancel order because it is a custom order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company has no integrity. I placed an order in November 2020 and waited until late March early April for a cabinet. I spent over $20,000 on furniture. I finally called them to find out where the other cabinet was on deliver. They informed me that I needed to pay an additional $107 so they could order and deliver this cabinet. How ridiculous is that? No one bothered to call me or email me. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager or the CEO. No one called me. I finally told them to refund my money On the cabinet that I had already paid close to $1400 for. I will never shop at Z Gallerie again. Two of the pieces of furniture that were finally delivered were broken, had broken legs and flaws in the finish. A mirror was broken. Wanted all this time and they deliver damaged goods.
