The grandio and perfectio x broke down after less than a year. The company told us it is lifetime warranty. And the company now told us we need to pay 130usd for postage, shipping and handling fee and the warranty is a limited warranty. Absolutely bad sales practice and lack of transparency in terms. Will certainly file a complaint to local authorities.

I bought the zero gravity gold plus for my skin. Paid $2500 for it and saw amazing results. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 years and the company won't replace it even though I have a warranty. Total bummer.

Not bad at all! .. for 4500 it should do work ! with little bit of research , that is really something registered to the FDA, it really works, for me really it does - texture of skin improved , fine wrinkles bye bye . I m obseswed with this , love it!

It barely worked and the top kept falling off. Tonight it completely fell apart and only the orange light goes on. I paid at least $700 US (new, not used) for it and it's been awful. I used it only 3x/week and it didn't do much. I had one before that was just great, but gave it to my ex upon our divorce. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I can't even get in touch with the Zero Gravity company. I am livid and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I have had this for only one year, Don't waste your money.

This product is promoted as lifetime warranty. When you file a warranty claim you have to jump through multiple hoops, and pay more money specifically I paid 69.99 was told to cover postage and handling for replacement. I have not received the replacement and customer service is poor. I paid over 2000 for this item and not happy with the product and would never do business with this company.
